Before establishing ElleHaus in Tampa Bay, Bryce spent years building and managing luxury residential projects in Atlanta-an experience that developed a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully execute highly detailed, one-of-a-kind homes.
His background extends beyond the finishes that ultimately define a home. It includes the work behind them: complex site conditions, structural coordination, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, inspections, problem solving, and the hundreds of decisions required to move a custom residence from concept to completion.
That experience now serves as the foundation for ElleHaus.
The move to Tampa Bay represents an intentional next chapter and an opportunity to focus on the type of residential architecture and construction that inspired the company from the beginning: thoughtfully designed custom homes, significant renovations, waterfront properties, and residences built specifically around the way their owners want to live.

Meet Bryce Hughes
Bryce's approach to building comes from being an operator first.
His career has been spent close to the work-coordinating architects and consultants, developing budgets, managing schedules, working alongside trades, solving problems in the field, and guiding homeowners through the decisions that accompany a complex custom project.
That perspective has also shown him where the traditional construction experience can fall short.
A beautiful home alone isn't enough.
Clients deserve to understand where their project stands. They deserve thoughtful planning before construction begins, realistic conversations about cost and schedule, organized decision-making, and a builder who takes ownership when challenges arise.
