Initial Conversation: our custom home building approach
We begin with a straightforward conversation about your property, goals, priorities, budget range and timing. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and understand how Ellehaus works.

Property & Feasibility Review
Before design moves too far, we review surveys, zoning, overlays, flood information, trees, utilities, access and context for your specific property. The goal is to understand what is possible and where constraints or risks may exist.

Preconstruction Planning & Budget Development
We coordinate with architects, engineers and key consultants to align scope, drawings and specifications with a working budget. You receive structured estimates, allowances and options so decisions can be made with clear cost implications.

Permitting, Construction & Closeout
Once plans and budgets are aligned, we manage permitting, procurement and construction with a focus on schedule communication, site coordination, quality control and documentation. At completion, we walk the home with you, address punch-list items and review warranty expectations.
