Studio
A boutique home builder, by choice.
Clean lines, natural materials and quiet luxury, built by a team small enough to know every detail of your home.
- Owner-led
- Local trades
- A few homes a year
A small builder by choice, so the person who quotes your home is the person on site every week.
Ellehaus is a boutique, owner-led construction firm based in Tampa Bay. We build a limited number of homes each year and run each one ourselves, with a hand-picked team of local trades.
The name comes from elle and haus: a home with a light touch and a solid frame. Clean lines, natural materials and quiet luxury, built to last for generations.
